Mr. Benny's on Cicero Avenue near Lincoln Highway in Matteson,
about a mile from that historic McDonald's, not only features a powerful sign but also a matching building.
Plus, it was my parents' favorite hangout and is still my favorite restaurant in the South Suburbs.
