As this and some later pages demonstrate, gyros art is not strictly a Chicago experience, though in Chicago it flower extravagantly. The second row spans Switzerland and Ann Arbor, Michigan. The knife figures prominently, though you have to love the watch on the disembodied hands from Well St. Deli.
